To name who you are and what you do is a powerful act. But finding the right words for your website, presentation, or pitch can feel surprisingly hard. The real challenge isn’t the writing. It’s untangling your thinking, clarifying what matters most, and facing the fears that can creep in when you allow yourself to be seen: “Can I really say this?” “Do I sound professional?” That’s where my In Your Own Words sessions come in.

My Approach (Journalism × Human Design) 

I’m a journalist and Human Design analyst. I help coaches, artists, and entrepreneurs put into words what they do and why it matters. I don’t write your text for you. After all, who am I to tell your story? 

Instead, over a few sessions, we test, explore, and shape your ideas before they’re published. I act as a sparring partner—listening closely, asking questions, and helping you get to the heart of what you want to say. Becoming visible can feel uncomfortable, so I support you in trusting and grounding your message, helping it come through clearly on the page.

In my toolkit, I combine journalism skills like editing and interviewing with Human Design analysis. Together, these tools help me spot sabotage, reveal your decision-making style, and natural talents empowering your voice to come through clearly and authentically. 

What are the sessions like? 

Each client has unique needs, but the sessions are structured around three core elements:

• Listening & Structuring: I interview you about your intentions and career path until you uncover new insights. Together, we riff, brainstorm, and shape a structure that supports your ideas.

• Accountability: We look for a rhythm that honors where you are. Making yourself visible can press all kinds of buttons. We take it into account in your process. 

• Identifying the Sabotage: We name the fears and blocks that hold you back, because fear is the fastest way to stop your writing in its tracks.

How Fear Blocks Most People From Writing Freely

Here are some patterns I am noticing that keep people stuck:

People-pleasing: Focusing on your audience before you've discovered your own motivations and desires.

Fear of rejection: Holding back from saying boldly and freely what you're here to say.

Losing your natural voice: Slipping into marketing-speak instead of your own words, choosing English over your mother tongue, or trying to sound "professional" by flattening your voice.  AI too can take you away from your authority.  It is a valuable tool when in support of what you are attempting to express. 

Shifting identities: Introducing yourself as "a journalist-sort-of" or "a lawyer-turned-coach," while knowing the old labels no longer fit—and the new one hasn't yet emerged.

Blind spots: Overlooking your own talents simply because they come so naturally to you.

• An in-depth conversation exploring your (professional) path to uncover patterns, strengths, and themes.

Session 2: Structuring Your Story

• Together, we organize the core narrative for your bio or front page.

Sessions 3–5: Refining Your Words

• Two or three rounds of edits to ensure your writing reflects your strengths and distinctive voice.

INVESTMENT

• Pay as you go: €120 per session (includes the session and time spent giving feedback on your text).

• Package: 4 sessions for €450 (save €30).

VOCATIONAL HUMAN DESIGN SESSION

Purpose: Explore your professional journey, uncover patterns, and articulate your natural strengths through Interview and Human Design.

What’s Included:

1. Career Path Interview – A deep conversation to uncover the through-line in your career, identifying recurring patterns and distinctive strengths.

2. Human Design Session – Illuminate your natural qualities, working style, and potential blind spots, showing how your strengths are expressed in your work.

3. Strengths Formulation Session (optional) – Together, we distil your key strengths and patterns into clear, actionable insights, giving you a concise reflection of your professional essence.

Outcome:

• Clarity on the patterns and strengths that define your work.

• A concise articulation of your unique abilities and natural style.

• Insight into where your energy and talents are most effectively expressed.

• Format: 3 sessions, 2 hours each hours (online or in person)
  Investment: €350–€400 (adjustable based on session length and depth)

I help you express your business and vocation with clarity and purpose. Through a Human Design reading and a guided conversation about your professional path, we uncover your natural strengths and translate them into authentic, effective language for your work.

PROCESS

Free Consultation – Define your goals and intentions.

Session 1 – Human Design reading to identify your strengths and where you may be underselling yourself.
